H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission, received H.E. Ambassador Nonceba Losi, Permanent Representative of the Republic of South Africa to Ethiopia and the African Union, for discussions on key continental priorities and areas of cooperation.

During the meeting, Chairperson Youssouf commended South Africa’s longstanding contribution to advancing the African Union’s agenda on peace, security, development, and continental integration. He also acknowledged South Africa’s continued commitment to supporting Africa’s shared aspirations and strategic objectives.
