The longstanding friendship between Tanzania and South Africa received renewed affirmation following a courtesy call by Tanzania’s Ambassador to Sweden, H.E. Swahiba Mndeme, on 19 May 2026 with H.E. Zenani Dlamini, Ambassador of South Africa to the Kingdom of Sweden and Chair of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Group in Sweden.
