In a significant step toward enhancing humanitarian collaboration in the region, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, H.E. Ambassador Mahash Alhameli, received Mr. Jean-Nicolas Paquet-Rouleau, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Regional Delegation for Southern Africa, for a courtesy call.
