The Austrian Embassy in Pretoria has welcomed David Kienreich as its new political and cultural affairs intern, marking the beginning of his internship experience at Austria’s diplomatic mission in South Africa.

The Embassy announced Kienreich’s arrival in a social media post, extending a warm welcome as he joins the team in Pretoria.

New Internship at the Austrian Embassy

Kienreich will undertake his internship in the area of political and cultural affairs, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience within a diplomatic environment and deepen his understanding of international relations and diplomatic work.

Known for its distinctive jacaranda-lined streets, Pretoria offers a unique setting for international visitors and diplomats to experience South Africa’s cultural and natural environment.

For Kienreich, the internship is therefore set to combine professional exposure to diplomatic and cultural affairs with the opportunity to experience life in South Africa.
