The Charge d’Affaires of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Mrs Dessie Alebachew, has held diplomatic discussions with the High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Lesotho, H.E. Ntsime Jafeta, focusing on developments in Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa, as well as opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations.
During the meeting, Mrs Alebachew briefed High Commissioner Jafeta on the prevailing situation in Ethiopia and the broader geopolitical developments shaping the Horn of Africa. The discussions highlighted the importance of sustained diplomatic engagement, cooperation and mutual understanding in addressing regional issues.
The two diplomats also exchanged views on strengthening relations between Ethiopia and Lesotho and advancing areas of shared interest.
