Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, His Excellency Mr Alvin Botes, has arrived in Kingston, Jamaica, for an official visit aimed at reinforcing the enduring friendship and expanding cooperation between the Republic of South Africa and Jamaica.
The visit underscores the shared commitment of both nations to deepen bilateral relations, strengthen diplomatic engagement, and explore new opportunities for collaboration across areas of mutual interest.
Upon his arrival in Kingston, Deputy Minister Botes was warmly received by Honourable Robert Morgan, Jamaica’s Minister of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development with Responsibility for Works. Also welcoming the Deputy Minister were Ambassador Cheryl Spencer and Ambassador Franz Hall, reflecting the importance both governments attach to the longstanding partnership between South Africa and Jamaica.
