The Ambassador of the Republic of Lebanon to South Africa, H.E. Giscard El Khoury, met with the Director-General of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO), Mr Zane Dangor, in Pretoria.
According to Ambassador El Khoury, the meeting focused on the friendly and cordial bilateral relations between Lebanon and South Africa, reflecting the continued diplomatic engagement between the two countries.
Ambassador El Khoury is Lebanon’s accredited Ambassador to South Africa and presented his Letters of Credence to President Cyril Ramaphosa on 8 April 2026.
The engagement between the Lebanese Embassy and DIRCO highlights the importance of continued diplomatic dialogue and cooperation between South Africa and Lebanon.
