The Republic of Seychelles has a new diplomatic representative in South Africa, with H.E. Jacques François Eugène Belle, High Commissioner-designate of Seychelles to South Africa, arriving in Pretoria on 21 August 2026 to begin his assignment.
Belle takes up his new assignment with extensive experience in diplomacy, international law, maritime affairs and multilateral cooperation.
