South Africa has bid farewell to the outgoing Heads of Mission of Bulgaria, Cyprus and the Slovak Republic, with Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Alvin Botes hosting a farewell breakfast in Pretoria to mark the conclusion of their diplomatic assignments.
