Cuban Ambassador Lucas Domingo Hernández Polledo, Ambassador of Cuba and Permanent Observer to the African Union, together with Ambassador Meylin Suárez, Ambassador of Cuba to Ethiopia, recently held a cordial meeting with South African Ambassador Nonceba Losi.
